Application Support Engineer

As an Application Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems.

Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.

- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.

- Provide training and support to team members on application functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.

- Experience with data integration and management tools.

- Familiarity with application monitoring and performance tuning.

- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation tasks.

Number of years experiences needed: minimum 3 years to 10 of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services

No. of hours per week: 45 hours

Shift Schedule: 2PM-12AM

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week

Project Location (During onsite): UT2
