eClerx is looking for an Analyst - Human Resources, who is responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. He/She is responsible in carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas (Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, etc.).
Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help
align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry
out the functions of the department and company. Prepare periodic reports for the HR head, as necessary and requested.
Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees, including workshops,
manuals, employee code of conduct, and standardized reports.
Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company regarding employee relations.
Partners with Operations and other departments in communicating Human Resources policies,
procedures, programs, and laws.
Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive=employer employee
relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Advised managers and supervisors about the steps in handling Employee Relations issues.
Provides payroll processing backup support.
Performs other HR related tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree (4year course) equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or
Organization Development or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are acceptable.
Keen on details
Able to interact and communicate properly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly analytical
Amenable to working on a shifting schedule, including graveyard.
Possess a forward-thinking, positive and can do attitude.
