Our Global Operations Center, Manila

Manila is the third largest office in the White & Case landscape. We house the Global Operations Center which is made up of over 500 team members who provide integral support to our lawyers and legal support teams around the world. Position Summary

The HRIS Time Management Analyst will work as part of the Global HRIS team, reporting to the Manager, HRIS Data Management. They will support on our Time and Absence Management Systems and collaborate with their HR Operations colleagues within the HR Operations Delivery and HR Aligned on new projects and processes to deliver continuous improvement in client experience for partners, employees and the business. They will collaborate with our external and internal Technology providers to develop, implement and maintain innovative solutions to support and drive a high performance culture.

This role combines vendor management skills, process excellence, and system development knowledge to ensure delivery of an exceptional end user experience in support of our business objectives.

Our Team

The HRIS & Portfolio teams are responsible for all design & operational activities helping our HR systems running smoothly. From green-field project analysis to critical live system support, new system users training to access management, HR process & data quality audits to system interfaces, break fixes to new features development, our teams are collaborating with the entire People Function.

Duties and Accountabilities1

Act as subject matter expert for system and interfaces development, configuration, and maintenance

Support Absence and Time management processes in all appropriate locations, including:

  • Process map documentation,
  • Workflow role & responsibility definition,
  • Super-user training,
  • Escalation point for issues, break-fixes, and enhancements
  • Recurrent Data quality, Interface processing and time processing at Payroll period-end
  • Recommendations for process standards and improvements
  • Support the enhancement of processes and client experience
  • In partnership with our external Vendors, maintain and communicate the improvement roadmap In partnership with our external Vendors, maintain and communicate the improvement roadmap
  • Provide project support on new system enhancements, exploring and testing new functionality
  • Manage and facilitate the testing, training, planning, and analysis of our system upgrades and enhancements
  • Lead the discovery phases of new projects
  • Document new business, system requirements, as is process map, and to be state
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR Operations teams to drive resolution of critical systems issues, escalating to IT or External providers for expedited resolution as required

Qualifications

Expert-level knowledge and experience with absence and time management systems either standalone (Kronos/UKG, Workforce, Infor) or as part of a suite (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors)

Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Following

  • Process improvement, Performance analysis, Standards definition & governance, Requirements gathering, System testing, Documentation management
