Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in enhancing our Financials and Supply Chain Management solutions, specifically in Procurement and Distribution Management. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and document features that drive efficiency and innovation for global enterprises.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating clear Feature Specifications, solving complex problems, and applying analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver impactful solutions.A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Gather and Analyze Requirements: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
* Create Feature Specification Documents: Develop detailed specifications including functional requirements, acceptance criteria, user flows, and mock-ups.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with architects and engineers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
* Ensure Quality: Support QA teams in validating requirements and participate in acceptance testing.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize processes for Financials and Supply Chain modules.
* Communicate Effectively: Present ideas and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You Will Need:
* Experience in Feature Specification Creation and requirements documentation.
* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proven Critical Thinking: Evaluate multiple solutions, assess risks, and recommend the best approach.
* Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and structured approach to resolving complex issues.
* Familiarity with Financials and Supply Chain Management systems, particularly procurement and distribution processes.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Confluence, Jira.
* Teamwork and organizational skills.
* Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
* 2+ years experience in the design and/or use of enterprise business software applications.
* Functional and technical product knowledge.
* Understands requirements analysis, specification, and verification practices and can apply them in practice.
* Knowledge of how enterprise software products are positioned and developed.
* Modeling skills - ability to represent requirements and design information in graphical forms that augment textual representations.
