The AI Product & Digital Transformation Lead serves as the strategic architect for the firm's AI-driven transformation. This role is designed to bridge the gap between legacy recruitment consulting and AI-driven services by leading the full adoption of the company's AI recruitment platform. The primary goal is to transform the firm from a traditional service provider into an AI-enabled powerhouse by spearheading its proprietary R&D engine for custom talent-intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full adoption of the AI recruitment platform across the organization by analyzing consultant data, behaviors, and workflow patterns.
- Act as the primary liaison between firm leadership and the AI platform partner to align high-level business strategy.
- Partner with the leadership team to orchestrate change management and ensure transformation is implemented smoothly.
- Design and execute comprehensive learning pathways, training modules, and digital content for all staff levels.
- Monitor the technical evolution of the AI platform while researching emerging trends in AI, recruitment technology, and the global talent landscape.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business insights for non-technical internal stakeholders.
- Direct all data reporting, analysis, and auditing functions to monitor platform health and user compliance.
- Interface with the AI platform's technical team to ensure that system changes and updates are validated and accepted by the users.
- Oversee AI ethics and regulatory compliance to ensure all AI-powered solutions adhere to Philippine data privacy laws and global fair-hiring standards.
- Manage vendor performance and technical SLAs to ensure the stability of the AI platform integration.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop technical sales enablement assets and value propositions for the Philippine market.
- Support the AI research & development roadmap to transition from a traditional ATS/CRM to a full agentic platform.
Skills
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment workflows.
- Systems Implementation: Proven experience in the full-cycle implementation and management of ATS, CRM, or HR platforms.
- Technical AI Literacy: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI concepts, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Project Management: Extensive experience in managing complex, high-stakes projects using structured methodologies.
- Product Management: Experience in the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment of software features.
- Change Management: Strong proficiency in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to drive user adoption.
- Business Analysis: Expert ability to gather business requirements and translate them into rigorous technical specifications.
- Data Analysis & Auditing: Skilled in monitoring data health, reporting on platform performance, and auditing user compliance.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Ability to navigate software licensing, API documentation, and technical partnership agreements.
