Job Summary
Provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support to ACCESS TB Operations Team.
Area of Assignment: PBSP Head Office (Citynet Central, Mandaluyong City)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Prepares the administrative needs in the conduct of meetings (attendance sheet, venue, meals, handouts, etc.) including documentation and liquidation;
- Prompt facilitation of purchase request, request for payments and other requests to other units;
- Provide clerical support to the project;
- Conducts and maintains inventory of units office supplies and equipment. Ensures availability when needed;
- Regular coordination with and support to the SAM, RTLs, LO, PMOs, and POs related to activities under the different project components (MDRTB, TBHIV, TCP, RSSH)
- Provide the SAM and/or Program Director assistance with strategybased data collection and consolidation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINE
Education : College graduate of any 4-year course; Open also to graduates of any 2-year associate degree or equivalent with at least 3-year work experience in doing clerical or administrative tasks.
Experience : Administrative experience in NGOs, LGUs, DOH, Partners, and Donors is an advantage.
Other / Special Skills : Computer literate with wide knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google tools/applications; Technically equipped in preparing and operating machines like computers, printers, photocopiers, etc.; Good in written and verbal communication skills; Good in document organization; Proficient in event organizing; Basic Accounting skills or experience is an advantage. Physically capable to do leg work and carrying items with significant weight.
