Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Specialist to support daily office operations, documentation, and administrative coordination within our growing E-bike business. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain and organize company records and documents
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative concerns
- Monitor office supplies and assist in general office management
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing files, and internal coordination
- Ensure accuracy and proper filing of company documents
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Able to work independently and professionally
