Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Specialist to support daily office operations, documentation, and administrative coordination within our growing E-bike business. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Maintain and organize company records and documents
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative concerns
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in general office management
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing files, and internal coordination
  • Ensure accuracy and proper filing of company documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
  • Able to work independently and professionally

Work Details
