Role
For this position, you are responsible for administrative tasks in your assigned department.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Must be able to take in daily customer concerns and frequent calls as needed.
- Must be able to compose simple letters and formal emails as needed.
- Must be able to understand instructions and execute simple tasks, and perform other related tasks.
- Must be able to file, encode, and report on time.
- If assigned, prepare, review, and manage financial documents, reports, and statements.
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Preferably, the candidate must have attained at least a 2-year secretarial course or a 4-year Bachelor's / College Degree
- Preferably more than 1 year of working experience in Clerical/ Administrative support or equivalent
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Flexible, creative, organized, and resourceful
- Hardworking, honest, responsible, and of good moral character
- Customer oriented
- Keen detail with number reading and encoding
- Analytical thinking
- Computer-literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office use.
- Must be able to follow the company code and guidelines
- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications.
