Job Description


THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30%-Coordinates and monitors the implementation of HRD programs, projects and activities in the following HR functions: Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management System, and Leave and Payroll Administration, Employee Welfare and Benefits Programs, and Human Resource Information System
15%-Prepares programs and projects in all areas of human resources management
10%-Conducts researchers and studies on human resource management
15 %- Act as custodian for supplies, materials, equipment and makes periodic inventories thereof
10%-Reviews requisitions/purchase requests and determine if it is on accordance with the approved project procurement management plan (PPMP)/Supplemental PPMP
10 %-Prepares Procurement Reports and
10 %-Perform other related functions.
