Job Description

Job Function, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Assist the AM for Administration in ensuring that the facilities and admin equipment are in working condition
  • Regular Housekeeping
  • Monitor purchase requests for consumables such as office and housekeeping supplies
  • Assist the AM for Administration in the implementing physical security.
  • Experience in handling Finance (Budgeting), Purchasing and Risk Management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience handling Administration, Housekeeping, Organization and Maintenance, and Safety and Security in a service-oriented & Facilities or Administration Industry.
  • Safety or Security Officer Certificate is an advantage
  • Can work full time onsite and shifting schedule
