Job Function, Skills and Knowledge:
- Assist the AM for Administration in ensuring that the facilities and admin equipment are in working condition
- Regular Housekeeping
- Monitor purchase requests for consumables such as office and housekeeping supplies
- Assist the AM for Administration in the implementing physical security.
- Experience in handling Finance (Budgeting), Purchasing and Risk Management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience handling Administration, Housekeeping, Organization and Maintenance, and Safety and Security in a service-oriented & Facilities or Administration Industry.
- Safety or Security Officer Certificate is an advantage
- Can work full time onsite and shifting schedule
