Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveAdministrative Assistantto support our client&aposs account management team. In this role, you&aposll be a crucial part of the team, assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with common office software, and able to work independently to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Google Slides:Assist in creating, updating, and formatting presentations and reports.
  • Asana:Manage project tasks, update timelines, and ensure information is current.
  • Excel:Help maintain and update spreadsheets, including data entry and basic formatting.
  • Communication:Coordinate with account managers to understand their needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Documentation:Organize and maintain digital files and documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Proficiency inGoogle Slides, Asana, and Excelis required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
