Location of Deployment:

  • Malibay, Pasay
  • Coher, Quezon City

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Office Administration, Accountancy, Management, or related fields).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Residing in or near Malibay, Pasay is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations
  • Support the team in event planning, travel arrangements, or meeting logistics
