Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or Communications
At least 1 year experience in administrative support functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and other Digital Platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly skilled in organizational and time management
Ability to pay close attention to details
Responsibilities:
Organizing the office and assisting other staff members to optimize processes
Prepares reports, PowerPoint presentations and marketing ads
Handles phone calls, itineraries and distribute correspondences
Schedules appointments and meetings
Takes minutes of meetings & conferences
Organizes and maintains the office filing system
Keeps highly sensitive office/work information confidential & classified
