Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dy Auditing, Accounting, and Consultancy & Dy Law Office. This is a full-time, office-based position in Cagayan de Oro City, Bulua (beside Gaisano Bulua).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Arrange, organize, and maintain document filing systems
  • Draft simple legal documents as required
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space
  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism
Job Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
  • No weekend work required

Qualifications:
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field (a business-related course is an advantage)
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • High attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks
