We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dy Auditing, Accounting, and Consultancy & Dy Law Office. This is a full-time, office-based position in Cagayan de Oro City, Bulua (beside Gaisano Bulua).
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Arrange, organize, and maintain document filing systems
- Draft simple legal documents as required
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism
Job Schedule:- Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM
- No weekend work required
Qualifications:- Open to fresh graduates
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field (a business-related course is an advantage)
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry tasks
