Provide data processing support for tasks such as but not limited to:
Opening, Closing and Billing Service Orders
Contract Maintenance/Service Report Images
Daily Service Review and Analysis
Meter Billings and Readings
Mobile Object Manager maintenance and monitoring
New Purchase Order solicitation and collection
Posting Costs
Review and post service order in the system
Processing, opening, closing, updating service orders with relevant data with adherence to the process established
Data entry into ERP system
Provide excellent customer service
Contact customers via phone and email to follow-up their purchase orders
Answer calls from customers regarding their service orders and request for service
Job Requirements
Details:
Bachelor's degree or vocational in IT-related courses is a plus.
Minimum of completed two (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
Excellent in oral and written English communication.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
Able and willing to take several calls a day when necessary.
Familiarity and good working knowledge in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Prior Software Application support (e.g. Outlook, etc.) experience is a plus.
Prior BPO experience in Technical Support is a plus.
Familiarity with ticketing system, a strong advantage.
Must be willing to work in different shifts.
Work Setup:
All hires are required to undergo 1-2 months onsite training followed by temporary WFH, subject to business needs for full onsite return in the future.
