About The Team

Handles administrative tasks to support smooth operations, including employee coordination, recordkeeping,

compliance, and supply management, while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Job Description

  • Support employee well-being through efficient clinic management and coordination with medical staff.
  • Partner with manpower agencies to manage onboarding, assist with training, monitor attendance, track

performance, and ensure timely billing.

  • Maintain organized records, support compliance, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative

warehouse environment.

  • Keep warehouse operations running smoothly by handling essential admin tasks.
  • Ensure the workplace is well-stocked and safe by regularly monitoring utilities and the inventory of office

supplies, sanitation items, PPE, and medical supplies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Has at least 2–3 years relevant experience, preferably in warehouse/logistics or large-scale organizations.
  • Experience in vendor and third-party partner management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
