Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, office management and maintenance, and operational support to the organization. The role supports efficient office operations, records and facilities management, travel coordination, vehicle and driver scheduling, and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as Administrative Assistant
- Experience in office management and facilities maintenance monitoring
- Knowledge of warehouse file and records management practices
- Experience handling travel desk operations and logistics
- Ability to manage driver schedules and vehicle utilization
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Darwinbox HRMS or similar HR systems is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Makati
