Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.
  • Working Trial Balance.
  • Income Statement
  • Balance Sheet.
  • Financial Statement Analysis.
  • Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Maintaining the financial records in a complete and systematic manner.
  • Preparation of Special Financial Reports as may be requested.
  • Perform general administrative management tasks but not limited to directory

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Financial Accounting course or equivalent
  • With 1-2 years work experience in the Property Management Industry.
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Strong personality with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with clients regarding property matters.
