About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our dynamic team at INFOSYS BPM Philippine Branch based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely cash collection and maintaining accurate financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Efficiently process and post customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording in the accounting system
  • Conduct regular reviews of accounts receivable, identify discrepancies and work with customers to resolve outstanding balances
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices, statements and other relevant financial documents
  • Liaise with customers to address inquiries, follow up on late payments and negotiate payment arrangements as needed
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to accounts receivable activities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable trends
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related course.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably within the Accounting/Finance industry
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable management processes and best practices
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel/SAP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience in AR Collections - both calls and account reconciliation and payment allocation
  • Work location: Alabang
  • Work set-up: Hybrid
