Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
35 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in an e-commerce, retail, or shared services environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data validation)
Ability to work with financial platforms, payment gateways, and invoice management tools
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable generating and reviewing AR aging reports and transaction logs
Strong understanding of AR processes such as billing, collections, adjustments, and reconciliation
Experience with tax-related adjustments (e.g., Withholding Tax, VAT)
Familiarity with financial systems and platforms (e.g., ASCP, FWB, MIDAS, or similar ERP tools
