As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you willbe responsible forprocessing invoices andmaintainingthe customer master data
Responsibilities:
- Processinglogistical/commission/advertisinginvoices
- Creating invoices
- Creating andmaintaincustomer master data in SAP
You have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internalstakeholdersand senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Financeor related field is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you willbe responsible formaking sure thatcustomers willreceive their refunds in timeand making sure our CS team has all the financial information they need.
Responsibilities:
- Process customerrefund requestsaccurately andtimely, ensuring adherence to contract termsand legal deadlines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and disputes regarding billing and payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Cooperate with different departments to give customers a better experienceregardingtheir financial questions
You have:
