We're looking for a detail oriented and dynamic Accounts Payable professional to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable for ATI (Could be specified per business unit)
- Action daily administrative emails within 24 hours
- Maintain and update accounting software daily (Xero or QuickBooks)
- Ensure inter-company requirements are met
- Ensure data integrity within the company systems
- Process [number of invoices] invoices daily
- Keep supplier price lists updated in relevant systems
- Schedule payments weekly; reconcile monthly supplier and subcontractor statements
- Maintain records of company assets using relevant systems
- Respond to queries from suppliers, customers, and staff; organize finance records on operating systems
- Assist in the collation and monitoring of statistics and reporting
- Other tasks as assigned by the client and supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related preferred
- At least 2-3 years experience in in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
- Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience in the hotel industry or other areas of the travel industry is preferred
- Excellent eye for detail and numerical aptitude
- Proficient multi-tasker, and time manager
- Proficiency in managing paperwork, electronic documents, and filing systems to maintain orderly records
