Payroll / Admin Specialist (AU Market)
We're partnering with a leading RPO business supporting a major Australian banking client and are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the team.
This is a full-time role working Monday–Friday (AU East Coast hours), focused on high-volume data accuracy and process support.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for:
- Checking and validating purchase orders (POs)
- Verifying rates and ensuring accuracy across records - you need to be on the ball!
- Processing and reviewing invoices linked to Statements of Work (SOW)
- Supporting payroll/admin functions with a strong focus on detail
This is a heavy data-entry role, so accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with the Australian market
- Strong background in payroll/admin or finance support
Hands-on experience with -
- Coupa - ESSENTIAL
- Xero
- Astute payroll
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfortable working full-time AU hours
