We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Manager to support our Accounts Managers in managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Job Description

As a Junior Accounts Manager, you will work closely with the Accounts Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of client accounts. You will help in coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, conducting research, and ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in account management, brand strategy, and client servicing in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Accounts Manager in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations
  2. Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
  3. Help coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  4. Conduct and document market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  5. Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies for both clients and the Company
  6. Support in managing clients brand presence on social media and other marketing channels
  7. Help ensure compliance with clients standards, practices, and brand guidelines
  8. Track progress of campaigns and projects, and flag potential issues to the Accounts Manager
  9. Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts
  10. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events

Minimum Qualifications:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
  3. Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  4. Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  5. Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools is a plus
  6. Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  7. A can-do attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to take initiative
  8. Team player, adaptable, and able to take direction well
