DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Strategy & Growth
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a focused strategic plan for the Broadband and DIA sub-portfolio that aligns with the broader Core Product Management strategy.
Prioritization: Rank initiatives by balancing market demand, business value, technical feasibility, and the emerging threat landscape (e.g., security enhancements for DIA).
Market Intelligence: Conduct targeted analysis to identify regional opportunities, competitor pricing vulnerabilities, and technology trends (e.g., 5G FWA vs. Fiber).
2. Commercial Support & P&L Management
Stakeholder Assistance: Serve as the primary consultant for Account Managers and Sales stakeholders, providing technical validation and commercial deal-structuring.
Financial Guardianship: Perform regular P&L analysis for the portfolio. Ensure that every deal maintains mandated product margins and contribute to the overall bottom line.
Sales Enablement: Define the product vision and create detailed roadmaps that give the sales team a clear reason to believe and a competitive edge in the market.
3. Product Lifecycle Management
End-to-End Ownership: Manage products from ideation and funding secured to launch and eventual sunsetting.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively track product health through customer feedback and data, implementing updates to address market needs or technical gaps.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and support of Broadband and DIA services.
4. Risk Management & Compliance
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and assess commercial and technical risks associated with the internet sub-portfolio (e.g., SLA breaches or capacity crunches).
Compliance: Ensure all products within the portfolio adhere to industry regulations and standards (e.g., data privacy laws and telecommunications mandates).
Threat Awareness: Stay informed on emerging security threats to connectivity products, ensuring that the portfolio remains resilient against vulnerabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years experience in Portfolio Management
Basic to advanced principles of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, and Project Management
Familiarity with revenue drivers
Ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong financial management skills (profitability and cost management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
