Accounting Supervisor

Job Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accounting Supervisor who can manage day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small accounting team.

•Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

•Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

•Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience

•Preferably with 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience

•Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting

•Hands-on experience in accounting operations, including billing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting

•Proficient in accounting/financial software and Microsoft Excel

•Able to lead, supervise, and guide a small accounting team

•Capable of establishing and improving accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls

•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

•Willing to work on-site at Surveytech Corporation, Quezon City
