We're looking for an Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable (Order-to-Cash) to lead our AR operations, support General Ledger activities, and drive operational excellence within our Finance & Accounting team. What You'll Own

Accounts Receivable & Order-to-Cash Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution of daily operations.
  • Review high-volume Accounts Receivable transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • Monitor collections, billing adjustments, and receivable activities while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure month-end Accounts Receivable activities are completed within the global closing calendar.

General Ledger & Financial Reporting

  • Review journal entries related to Accounts Receivable adjustments and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Support General Ledger accounting using Oracle GL and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Compliance & Audit Support

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal accounting requirements.
  • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Monitor regulatory reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of required reports.
  • Maintain strong internal controls that support the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional teams across the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand to validate transactions and resolve accounting issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of business operations and provide accounting support to assigned entities.
  • Proactively communicate risks, issues, and recommendations to management.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous learning.
  • Review team deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and ensure work meets quality and deadline expectations.
  • Establish and monitor team performance metrics and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from a recognized college or university.
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), General Accounting, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Audit.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, or demonstrated leadership potential as a Senior Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Experience using accounting or ERP systems such as Oracle.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

It's a Bonus If You Have

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

Experience working in a multinational, shared services, or global finance environment.

Hands-on experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or billing and collections platforms.

Exposure to Australian or New Zealand accounting operations.

Experience driving process improvements, automation, or finance transformation initiatives.
