Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Accounting Supervisors to lead and oversee key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely reporting, compliance with accounting policies, and effective team management in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations within AP, AR, or GL functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Review and approve accounting entries, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance to achieve service level and quality targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Record-to-Report processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment is preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work either mid-shift or night shift and be based in Quezon City.
