Job Objective
To supervise accounting operations and ensure accurate recording, reporting, and monitoring of the companys financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting tasks and staff activities.
- Assist and guide accounting staff in their daily work and ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Review and check financial records for accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor expenses, payments, and company budgets.
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing of books.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related course.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required.
- With 1-3 years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Can supervise and assist accounting staff effectively.
- Can work from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.
