DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the reconciliation process:
- Supervises the accounting assistant in daily task of reconciling bank statements with internal records
- Financial accuracy and fraud prevention:
- Ensures the accuracy of financial records and helps prevent unauthorized changes to transactions.
- Problem-solving:
- Handles and resolves issues that arise during the account reconciliation process.
- Reporting and analysis
- Performs financial reporting and analysis, monitoring of issues/ concerns arising from performance of bank reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree related in Accounting, Finance, or any other related programs
- With at least two or three years of experience in a financial setting or accounting experience especially in bank reconciliation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, as well as strong attention to detail
- Amenable to work in Pasay City from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
