Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Supervisor based in Makati, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax compliances, ensure compliance with accounting and tax policies, and lead the organization's financial reporting processes. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, supervising accounting processes, working with accounting software, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Proficient in Accounting Software and general finance-related tasks
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess data and provide actionable recommendations
• The applicant must be a CPA
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
• Leadership or supervisory experience for at least 2-3 years in an accounting or finance role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various teams
