Job Description

The Accounting Supervisor is the overall in-charge of tasks below:

  • Oversees daily operations of the Accounting/Treasury/Credit and Collection
  • Monitors accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (monthly)
  • Prepares financial statements and analysis as companywide - consolidated
  • Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the ff. reports
  • A. cash /bank forecasting monitoring
  • B. treasury, budgeting
  • C. Credit and Collection
  • D. general ledger
  • E. accounts payable (PDCs) /collection
  • F. revenue and expenditure variance analysis (PNL)
  • G. capital assets reconciliations - (Balance Sheet)
  • H. debt activity (fund transfer and bank facilities)
  • Budget reports, preparation of budgets, analysis of budgets and comparative
  • Prepares financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to company finance - AFS (audited financial Statement)
  • Prepares FS - - Inhouse (for bidding and Prequalification)
  • Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new regulation and taking appropriate action - for BIR and LGU audit
  • Improves systems, procedure, and initiate corrective actions
  • Tracks cash flow, financial planning and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions
  • Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
  • Prepares tax returns, analyzing tax regulations, monitoring industry trends, and completing tax reports.
  • Incorporation / amendment / maintain / coordinate, communicate of external client and gov't agencies and financial institution.
  • SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT
  • Maintain books /records and Account / Incorporation / etc.
  • Coordination / communicate / preparation / recommendation of the estate tax and heirs
  • Coordination / preparation /documentations of Company's Asset and Pe's Family Heirs Asset.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.;
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
  • With experience working in a construction firm;
  • Required skill(s): leadership and mentoring, excellent in interpersonal, communication skill, Procurement management;
  • Must be willing to be assigned to the Head Office in North Edsa, Quezon City.
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
