Job Responsibilities

Secure financial operations by assisting the Accounting/Finance Manager in monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting and auditing.

Job Duties

Responsible for monitoring companys financial functions, bookkeeping and treasury matters such as verification, checking and approval of accounting matters related transactions,
Assist in all financial and bank related transactions such as landed cost of importations, indent commissions and other foreign receivables.
Responsible for all National and Local Government reportorial requirements.
Responsible on monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR returns.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE :

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge of Accounting Controls, procedures, and government reportorial requirements
Well-versed in Financial Statement preparation.
Knowledge in Quick Books is a plus point.
Background in trading and importation procedures is a plus point.
Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure.
Highly Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
