Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end financial management of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and contractual obligations.
Collaborate closely with project managers, operations, and finance teams to align on project goals, cost structures, and resource allocation.
Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor and track project expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure accurate and timely billing, revenue recognition, and collections related to project activities.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and client contractual requirements.
Conduct regular project financial reviews and support audits (internal and external).
Develop and improve project accounting policies, procedures, and reporting tools.
Supervise and mentor project accounting staff, promoting accuracy and efficiency in all reporting tasks.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure cost tracking aligns with financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years experience in project or general accounting, Strong understanding of project financial management, cost control, and reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
