Accounts for the completeness of internal invoices and prepares entry for proper charging monthly.
Accounts for the clearing and cost adjustment accounts pertaining to service maintenance transactions.
Prepare schedule and reconciliation of the following balance sheet accounts:
Work in-process
Accrued expense
Service maintenance inventory
Allowance for inventory obsolescence
Prepare monthly and year to date comparative analysis of sales, cost of sales and gross profit for service maintenance and accessories for current year vs. OBP vs. Previous year.
Qualification
Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
Knowledgeable and up to date on accounting standards.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
