Job Description

  • Prepares schedule of balance sheet accounts:
  • Creditable Withholding Tax (Pending Withholding Tax)
  • Creditable Withholding VAT
  • Income Tax Receivable
  • Claims receivable
  • Ensure that all collections are properly applied against outstanding Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure that all receipts are complete and properly filed on a daily basis.
  • Encode adjustments and updates General Journal Voucher.
  • Ensure that all entries during the month are posted before the book is closed.

Qualification

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date on accounting standards.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision.
