Job Description

Job Summary

  • Accounts for the completeness of internal invoices and prepares entry for proper charging monthly.
  • Accounts for the clearing and cost adjustment accounts pertaining to service maintenance transactions.
  • Prepare schedule and reconciliation of the following balance sheet accounts:
  • Work in-process
  • Accrued expense
  • Service maintenance inventory
  • Allowance for inventory obsolescence
  • Prepare monthly and year to date comparative analysis of sales, cost of sales and gross profit for service maintenance and accessories for current year vs. OBP vs. Previous year.

Qualification

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
  • Knowledgeable and up to date on accounting standards.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
