We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounting Assistant to join our team and support daily office and financial operations.

Position Overview

The Admin and Accounting Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting the management team with essential documentation and coordination.

This position is ideal for a graduate of Accountancy who is eager to grow in a professional real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare, record, and monitor accounting entries and expense reports.
  • Assist in billing, collections, and financial documentation.
  • Organize and maintain company files, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Support coordination between departments for office operations.
  • Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related field (required).
  • Preferably with background in Accounting and Admin tasks.
  • Experience in real estate is a strong advantage.
  • Must reside in Makati City or nearby areas.
  • Has own laptop and internet connection for report submissions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willing to start immediately.
