Position Overview
The
Admin and Accounting Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting the management team with essential documentation and coordination.
This position is ideal for a
graduate of Accountancy who is eager to grow in a professional real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare, record, and monitor accounting entries and expense reports.
- Assist in billing, collections, and financial documentation.
- Organize and maintain company files, receipts, and vouchers.
- Support coordination between departments for office operations.
- Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or related field (required).
- Preferably with background in Accounting and Admin tasks.
- Experience in real estate is a strong advantage.
- Must reside in Makati City or nearby areas.
- Has own laptop and internet connection for report submissions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willing to start immediately.
