Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist and Cashier is responsible for the accurate recording of financial transactions,

effective cash management, billing and collection support, and compliance with CSWLL accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. The position ensures safeguarding of company funds, integrity of financial records, and timely financial reporting in support of CSWLL operations.

Duties and Responsibities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers
• Handle cash collections, receipts, deposits, and petty cash
• Assist in billing, collections, and accounts receivable monitoring
• Support financial reporting, month-end closing, and audits
• Ensure compliance with policies and BIR requirements
• Coordinate with teams and assist in finance-related task

Qualification and Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and cashiering

• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or project-based companies is an advantage

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems

• High integrity, accountability, and confidentiality

• Good organizational and time management skills
