Job Description

This Admin Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the horizontal properties of King Properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage memos, notices and reports.
  • Maintain tenant records, contracts and documents.
  • Handle emails, inquires and coordination with tenants, clients, and unit owners.
  • Monitor and track billing, collections and service requests.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, inspections and activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, security).
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records.
  • Support compliance requirements and report preparation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in administrative work.
  • Experience in real estate in an advantage
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Workdays:

  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
