This Admin Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the horizontal properties of King Properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage memos, notices and reports.
- Maintain tenant records, contracts and documents.
- Handle emails, inquires and coordination with tenants, clients, and unit owners.
- Monitor and track billing, collections and service requests.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, inspections and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, housekeeping, security).
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records.
- Support compliance requirements and report preparation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related courses.
- At least 1-2 years experience in administrative work.
- Experience in real estate in an advantage
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Workdays:
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
