We're on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Accounting Assistant to bolster our finance department in Marikina City. If you're a quick learner with a strong foundation in accounting, this role offers a great opportunity to apply your skills in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and various other financial tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Recording and posting daily financial transactions accurately in accounting systems
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and payment processing.
  • Preparing and reviewing loan-related financial documents, schedules, and interest computations.
  • Reconciling bank statements, loan accounts, and general ledger balances.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and management summaries.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Assisting in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and cost control activities
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinating with other departments regarding financial data, payments, and documentation.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting firm, reconciling bank statements and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting.
  • Ability to commute to and work in Marikina City.
  • Immediate availability to join our team.
