Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation of accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, encoding, and filing.
  • Develops and implements proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelors degree preferred (Accounting Graduate or any business course)
  • With at least 1 year of experience in administrative/accounts payable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Reliability and initiative to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional team environment.
  • Results are driven by the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
