  • Prepare and process accounting documents such as invoices, vouchers, receipts, and disbursements.
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules as required.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documents and records.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
