Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Management, Audit, Billing, Financial Analysis, QuickBooks, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Bookkeeping Accounting, and Cash Accounting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage billing processes, conduct audits, and perform financial analyses.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, able to meet deadlines, and strong communication skills.
