About The Role
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations across the 7Gen Group of Companies a multi-entity ecosystem comprising Media Meter Inc. (SaaS/media monitoring), M2.0 Communications (PR agency), Rythmos DB (data analytics/KPO), and 7Gen (AI products).
This is a hands-on, task-specific role focused on ensuring accurate books, clean records, and smooth daily finance operations across all 4 entities.
Key Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management:
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations across all entities
- Monitor cash positions and manage fund transfers between accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank statements
Closing Of Books
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of books for all 4 entities
- Ensure all journal entries, adjustments, and accruals are posted on time
- Prepare trial balance and ensure general ledger accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit requirements
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Oversee AR: billing, collections, aging reports, client payment follow-ups
- Oversee AP: vendor payments, payment schedules, approval workflows
- Manage intercompany receivables and payables across entities
Daily Operations
- Supervise the accounting team's daily tasks and workflow
- Process and review payroll, benefits, and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Maintain chart of accounts and ensure proper classification across entities
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, annual ITR)
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, and other regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Non-negotiable
- 510 years of experience in accounting operations or finance management
- Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation, month-end close, AR/AP
- Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or business units
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax law, BIR compliance, and financial regulations
- Team supervision and leadership experience
Preferred
- Experience in media, technology, SaaS, or professional services industries
- Familiarity with AI tools for accounting automation
- Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany transactions
