Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting (as applicable).
  • Lead and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audits.
  • Manage client-related accounting requirements and service delivery commitments, where applicable.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members; manage workloads and performance.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to support business needs.

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • 58 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Experience managing high-volume transactions and tight reporting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP platforms.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
