Job Description

THE ROLE


This Accounting Manager requires providing leadership and oversight to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration in Accounting. We are seeking a strong candidate with proven experience in guiding teams, driving performance, and contributing to the overall success

  • .Handle month-end close entries, including accruals, prepaids, WIP/fixed assets, corporate allocations, benefits, insurance, intercompany transactions, and related items
  • .Ensure financial and operational reporting aligns with US GAAP and organizational standards
  • .Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations by preparing and reviewing reconciliations for each balance sheet account and identifying reconciling items
  • .Review and reconcile purchase card activity; upload charges into NetSuite and ensure accurate GL coding
  • .Support monthly financial statements by preparing schedules and supporting documentation as needed
  • .Manage sales tax filings and reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • .Assist with audits by preparing and providing documentation requested by external auditors
  • .Support ad hoc reporting and project work in collaboration with the accounting team
  • .Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by business needs

QUALIFICATIO

  • NSBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fiel
  • d.510 years of accounting experienc
  • e.Experience with online-based accounting platforms, preferably NetSuite, and familiarity with Google Workspac
  • e.Strong general ledger knowledge, including debits, credits, reconciliations, and financial reportin
  • g.Advanced Excel skills and experience with custom reporting system
  • s.Excellent mathematical and analytical skill
  • s.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and methodical in approac
  • h.Ability to think critically and provide input on process improvement
  • s.Proven ability to work independently and meet deadline
  • s.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindse
