Job Description

Position Overview

  • Support the Country Head in managing the overall accounting and finance functions.
  • Ensure local operational processes are aligned with ASUS HQ policies and comply with local regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and implement financial management policies, including expense and business travel policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in local financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate financial operations with ASUS Headquarters and external stakeholders in alignment with the company's strategy and vision.
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including daily accounting activities and financial management.
  • Monitor internal cash flow, budgeting, and risk management to ensure financial accountability and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and year-end audits.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax filings, regulatory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Ensure financial operations comply with both internal corporate policies and local statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in Accounting, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity, and in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting systems/software.
  • Excellent leadership skills, detail-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mature, able to work under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced IT industry environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience working with regional or multinational finance teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience managing cross-border finance operations
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
